Important: These are website terms. Event-specific scope, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, venue, staffing and equipment terms are confirmed in writing for each booking.
1. What do these terms cover?
These terms apply when you visit partybox.ae, view PartyBox content or send an enquiry through the website, email, telephone or WhatsApp links provided here.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you submit an enquiry for a company, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorised to act for it.
2. Who operates this website?
The website is operated under the PartyBox brand. The legal entity supplying an event will be identified on the relevant quotation, booking confirmation or invoice.

3. How may you use this website?
You may use the website to understand PartyBox solutions, compare options and contact the team about an event. You must use it lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability or operation.
4. Does an enquiry confirm a booking?
No. Sending a form, message or brief does not reserve equipment or create a booking. A booking is confirmed only in the way stated in the written PartyBox proposal or booking confirmation for that event.
If these website terms conflict with signed or accepted event terms, the event terms take priority for that booking.
5. Are website prices and solutions guaranteed?
Website prices are starting points unless clearly stated otherwise. Availability, final pricing, VAT, transport, venue access, branding, operating hours, staffing, print quantities and optional additions are confirmed in the written proposal.
PartyBox may update or withdraw a website description, image, price or solution. A confirmed event is governed by its accepted written terms.
6. What information may PartyBox request?
To prepare an accurate proposal, PartyBox may ask for the event date, venue, expected attendance, operating hours, chosen solutions and campaign requirements.
If you send logos, artwork or other material, you confirm that you are authorised to use it. Final delivery responsibilities, artwork deadlines and approval steps are set out in the written event terms.
7. How are guest media and personal data handled?
How guest photos, videos, contact details and participation data are collected, used, stored or handed over depends on the approved event flow. The details are confirmed in writing for the event and are also subject to the PartyBox Privacy Policy.
8. Who owns the website content?
Unless stated otherwise, PartyBox owns or is licensed to use the website design, copy, graphics, video, software, product names and other PartyBox content. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not reproduce, sell, alter or commercially reuse its content without written permission.
Third-party trademarks and client brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
9. What do the images and brand concepts show?
The website includes real PartyBox solutions, real activation imagery and illustrative branding concepts. A visual labelled “Brand concept” is a mock-up showing how branding could be applied. It does not claim approval, endorsement or a commercial relationship with the brand shown.
Final equipment, branding, screens, outputs and guest journeys are agreed for each campaign.
10. What is not allowed?
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, collect data through automated abuse, impersonate another person or use PartyBox content in a misleading or unlawful way.
PartyBox may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or its services.
11. What about third-party websites and services?
The website may link to WhatsApp, YouTube, social platforms, payment providers or other external services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. PartyBox is not responsible for external websites it does not control.
12. Is the website always available and error-free?
PartyBox works to keep the website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is always complete, current or error-free. Contact PartyBox for written confirmation of any detail that matters to an event decision.
13. What is PartyBox responsible for?
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PartyBox is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information or by an external service outside PartyBox control. Event-service liability is governed by the accepted event terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable UAE consumer rights.
14. Which law applies?
Unless written event terms say otherwise, these website terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts with competent jurisdiction in Dubai, UAE.
15. Can these terms change?
Yes. PartyBox may update these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will appear on this page.
An update to these website terms does not change a confirmed booking or its accepted event terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
